Section 93AA
Definitions

In this Subdivision:

collective bargaining notice means a notice under subsection 93AB(1A) or (1).

conference notice means a notice under subsection 93A(2).

contract means a contract, arrangement or understanding. objection notice means a notice under subsection 93AC(1), (2) or (2A).
