Banks irate over price signalling

Patrick Durkin
The Australian Financial Review, Friday 14 January 2011, page 3

Patrick Durkin reports on criticism of the Government's proposed price signalling laws.

Comments from Australian Bankers Association chief executive, Steve Munchenbert and Freehills partner, Bob Baxt, are reported. Baxt highlights his view that the Act 'should apply universally across the board' and his concern that he is 'very concerned at the government picking particular target areas'.
