Private disclosure of price-related information to a competitor "in the ordinary course of business": A new slippery dip in the political playground of Australian competition law
Working paper
Overview
This paper discusses the late new exemption proposed to the price signalling bill, permiting private price disclosures made 'in the ordinary course of business'. Fisse concludes teh exemption 'lacks cogent policy direction and increases rather than reduces commercial undertainty' (at 4.1)
